Please read the information below to help solve your login problems. |

|
FIRST |
Ensure that you are entering the correct login information. Usernames and passwords are case sensitive. It is common to inadvertently have the 'Caps Lock' key on, which will result in a failed login attempt. Make sure that your 'Caps Lock' key is off and that you are not typing in spaces or other characters on accident. Note: SafeTrax usernames and passwords typically do not contain uppercase letters. |

SECOND |
Make sure that your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer) has cookies enabled. SafeTrax uses session variables, which is a type of cookie, to help ensure the security of the system. If you do not have cookies enabled, you will not be able to login. |

THIRD |
If the above two items did not resolve your login problems, it may be necessary to reset your password. Performing this action will cause the system to email you a new randomly generated password. You can then use that information to login, and then change your password to something more suitable. You can reset your password by clicking the 'Forgot your password?' link above. |
